電磁鐵的發明

1822年,法國物理學家阿拉戈和呂薩克發現,當電流通過其中有鐵塊的繞線時,它能使繞線中的鐵塊磁化。這實際上是吉林電磁鐵原(yuan)理的(de)最初發(fa)現。1823年,斯特(te)金(jin)也做了一次類似的(de)實驗:他在(zai)一根(gen)并非(fei)是磁鐵棒的(de)U型(xing)(xing)(xing)鐵棒上(shang)(shang)繞了18圈(quan)銅(tong)裸線(xian),當銅(tong)線(xian)與(yu)伏打電池(chi)接通時,繞在(zai)U型(xing)(xing)(xing)鐵棒上(shang)(shang)的(de)銅(tong)線(xian)圈(quan)即產生(sheng)了密集的(de)磁場,這樣就使U型(xing)(xing)(xing)鐵棒變成(cheng)了一塊(kuai)“電磁鐵”。這種(zhong)電磁鐵上(shang)(shang)的(de)磁能要(yao)比永磁能大(da)放多倍,它能吸起比它重20倍的(de)鐵塊(kuai),而當電源(yuan)切(qie)斷后(hou),U型(xing)(xing)(xing)鐵棒就什(shen)么(me)鐵塊(kuai)也吸不住,重新成(cheng)為(wei)一根(gen)普通的(de)鐵棒。

牽引電磁鐵

閥用電磁鐵

電磁起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji):最直接的應用之(zhi)一(yi)是電磁起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)。電磁鐵(tie)安裝在吊車上,通(tong)電后吸起(qi)(qi)(qi)大量鋼鐵(tie),移動(dong)到另一(yi)個位置后切斷電流,鋼鐵(tie)被放下,免去了打捆的麻煩(fan)。大型電磁起(qi)(qi)(qi)重(zhong)機(ji)一(yi)次可以吊起(qi)(qi)(qi)幾(ji)噸鋼材。

在電(dian)動機、發電(dian)機、電(dian)鈴(ling)和電(dian)磁繼電(dian)器(qi)里也用到電(dian)磁鐵。全(quan)自動洗衣(yi)機的(de)進水(shui)、排水(shui)閥(fa)門(men),衛生間里感應式沖(chong)水(shui)器(qi)的(de)閥(fa)門(men),也都是(shi)由電(dian)磁鐵控(kong)制的(de)。

電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)鐵的另一個應用是產生(sheng)強磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場。現代技術中(zhong)很(hen)多地方需要的強磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場都由電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)鐵提供,如大型(xing)電(dian)(dian)動機、發(fa)電(dian)(dian)機、磁(ci)(ci)(ci)療設備等。
